Sales Executive / Cold Calling Specialist (Remote)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive / Cold Calling Expert who knows how to engage prospects, open conversations, and convert leads into discovery calls. You will focus on outbound outreach to businesses in the USA and Europe, promoting our AI Virtual Agent solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and has experience selling SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects in the USA and Europe
• Introduce Flow9’s Virtual Agent solutions and highlight product value
• Run structured outreach campaigns through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Book discovery calls and demos with qualified prospects
• Work with the sales and product teams to tailor pitches for each market
• Track outreach activities, update CRM entries, and follow up consistently
• Achieve weekly/monthly outreach and conversion targets
• Continuously optimize outreach strategy based on response patterns

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in cold calling, sales outreach, or lead generation
• Experience in SaaS sales, B2B outreach, or software selling
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales/appointment-setting targets
• Experience conducting cold calls in USA and/or Europe markets
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• Ability to learn and pitch a technical product confidently
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Experience

• Background in AI tools, automation platforms, CRM systems, or CX products
• Experience selling to SMBs in sectors like restaurants, retail, service businesses, or real estate
• Familiarity with outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, Aircall, Kixie)
