Freelance Outreach & Cold Calling Expert (Remote – German Speaking)

About the Role

We’re seeking a Freelance Outreach & Cold Calling Specialist who loves engaging with people, understands how to open conversations, and thrives in fast-moving startup environments. You’ll make outbound calls, introduce our AI Virtual Agent solution to restaurant owners/managers, set up discovery meetings, and follow up with tailored offers.

This is an hourly + commission-based role ideal for someone results-driven and entrepreneurial.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to restaurant owners and managers across German-speaking regions
• Introduce Flow9’s AI Virtual Agent solution and its benefits
• Schedule discovery or demo calls for our sales/product team
• Follow up with leads via calls, emails, or WhatsApp to close opportunities
• Collect feedback from calls and suggest improvements to outreach campaigns
• Adjust messaging and strategy based on campaign performance and customer responses
• Maintain CRM records and report weekly progress

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fluent in German (C1 or native level) — essential
• English proficiency required; Turkish language is a major plus
• Prior experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Confidence in handling objections and leading conversations
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and outreach automation tools
• Fast learner who can quickly adapt to new tools, scripts, and customer personas
• Self-driven, organized, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience

• Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or food tech sector
• Previous exposure to AI, SaaS, or tech product sales
• Understanding of sales funnels and appointment-setting workflows
