Freelance Business Analyst (SaaS / AI Product)

Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Business Analyst to evaluate our AI-powered SaaS platform, Flow9, and provide strategic insights to help us improve the product and accelerate business growth.

This is not a traditional Business Analyst role focused on documentation or QA. We are looking for someone who can analyze our product from a business perspective, identify opportunities, and recommend how we can build a stronger, more competitive SaaS platform.

About Flow9

Flow9 is an AI-powered CRM and business automation platform that helps businesses manage customer relationships, automate workflows, and improve operational efficiency using AI.

Scope of Work

You will work closely with our founders to:

• Understand the Flow9 platform and its capabilities.
• Analyze the product from a business and customer perspective.
• Identify strengths, weaknesses, and product gaps.
• Review competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Recommend high-impact product improvements.
• Evaluate which industries are the best fit for Flow9.
• Recommend priority markets and countries for expansion.
• Analyze customer pain points and business use cases.
• Suggest product positioning and value proposition improvements.
• Recommend features that increase customer adoption and business value.
• Provide strategic recommendations for scaling the product.

Deliverables

At the end of the project, you should provide:

• Product analysis report.
• Product strengths and weaknesses.
• Competitor analysis.
• Product gap analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Consultant, or Product Manager.
• Experience analyzing SaaS or B2B software products.
• Strong business analysis and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience conducting competitor and product research.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM, AI, workflow automation, or enterprise software is a strong advantage.
