Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in LinkedIn marketing, Google Ads, and paid acquisition. You will lead campaigns focused on generating qualified leads for our AI Virtual Agent solutions across the USA and Europe. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and experienced in SaaS lead generation.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving startup environments and knows how to craft campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, segment, and target ideal customer profiles
• Build and manage lead generation funnels for SaaS in USA and European markets
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad messaging
• Utilize tools like Apollo.io, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AEO principles to improve performance
• Monitor campaign KPIs (CPL, CTR, conversion rate) and continuously improve ROI
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and campaign focus
• Report weekly on results, learnings, and optimization plans
• Assist with content creation including ad copy, landing pages, and outreach messaging
• Ensure alignment between paid acquisition, outbound campaigns, and brand positioning

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or paid ads
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and ideally Meta Ads
• Proven success generating B2B leads for SaaS products
• Experience running campaigns targeting USA and European markets
• Comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other lead-gen tools
• Understanding of AEO (AI Engine Optimization) and usage of AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity)
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
• Excellent communication skills and ability to craft high-performing ad copy
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Experience

• Background in AI, automation, or CX/SaaS products
• Experience with retargeting, account-based marketing, and funnel strategies
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
• Experience working with landing page builders (Webflow, Wordpress, Unbounce, etc.)
