Role Overview We’re looking for a Full-Stack AI Developer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications and AI-driven systems. You’ll work across our stack to develop and integrate solutions involving virtual agents, LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and modern front-end interfaces. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys learning new tools, and wants to contribute to innovative AI-first products. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using Node.js, JavaScript, or Python Build and integrate AI-powered features using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and virtual agent frameworks Collaborate with product and design teams to create seamless, scalable user experiences Implement integrations with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) Work with tools like Lovable, Cursor, and Windsurf for AI-assisted development workflows Contribute to API design, data models, and microservices architecture Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment automation Stay up-to-date with emerging AI technologies and frameworks Qualifications Required: 1–3 years of professional experience in software development Strong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, or Python Experience with REST APIs and modern front-end frameworks (React, Next.js preferred) Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, or conversational AI platforms Exposure to any major cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) Experience or curiosity with tools like Lovable, Cursor, or Windsurf Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setup Excellent communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have: Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) Knowledge of prompt engineering or fine-tuning LLMs Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Understanding of startup product development lifecycle Why Join Flow9.online Work on the frontier of AI and CX innovation Fully remote-first culture with flexible hours Opportunity to grow fast and shape product direction in an early-stage company Collaborative, ambitious, and tech-first team environment
